Positive: The flat I was spotless , plenty of towels and bed linen. In the kitchen everything you need. Buses and the Thames line train are nearby. And all the shops in the high street.

Negative: It got only one bathroom with the toilet.

Summary: Our stay was enjoyable, the landlord is nice and would provide anything needed.

Positive: Clean and comfortable apartment close to facilities and trains and buses. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and basic grocery was provided which was very helpful. Host was highly responsive and very accommodating.

Negative: The digital door bell was a little difficult to work out and the shataf water pressure needed adjusting. If the bigger bedroom could have had twin beds (rather than a queen bed) that would have been great.

Positive: We absolutely loved the space. This is what you call an Air BnB. The flat is lovely, so much attention to detail with every room. The kitchen is really nice. The owner had left all kinds of provisions and food for us. We arrived on a day when the temperature was 92 degrees F and there was a fan in the living room which helped somewhat. The location exceeded our expectations - close to the rail station and buses. Lots of restaurants, eateries and cafes just a couple of mins down the road. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owner was very responsive and pleasant. We will definitely use again.

Negative: Perhaps softwr pillows.. We would have preferred to stay there for our whole visit but there was no availability.

Positive: Perfect two bedroom flat in Mill Hill, near Broadway and transport. Grocery shop (Tescos, M&S etc) very close and lots of cafes. Kitchen well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Linen lovely. Dishwasher, washing machine, two equal sized rooms. Very thoughtful hosts. They care a lot and try to make you as comfortable as possible. lovely flowers on arrival. The area feels very safe. The flat feels secure and safe too. Stayed there last year as well as this year and would stay again.

Negative: We liked everything however a small note that my colleague isn't used to hearing traffic. Didn't bother me at all.
